Adds a hostile faction of Redcoats.

Requires Redcoat Apparel mod. [1.3 only; included in 1.4/1.5]

Pawn types - Foragers, Hunters, Soldiers, Royal Soldiers, Colonels

I'm trying to make a similar mod to this but as if the Redcoats are a sub-faction of the Empire, and while RCA has updated, I also figured out that you can use loadfolders to create a duplicate set of Defs in another folder that loads "IfModActive="vonschtirlitz.RCA">RCAcompatfolder" so RCA can be optionally required and overwrite whatever basegame apparel you would give them

I think you should give them some other melee option for non soldier pawns
also maybe soldiers should use only bayonet rifles if available and avoid arquebus?

1. They have to have something to fall back to if nothing else is loaded. I may be able to do something about that.

some things
1. redcoats sometimes still spawn with bolt action rifles even though kits is installed

I suggest using the "Steamworld Defenses" mod for new weapons and emplacements for the Redcoats.
