Taberna - An Attributes Overhaul is a simplistic and lightweight overhaul of the skills found in Crusader Kings 3.

---

• Taberna rebalances all 5 attributes with new modifiers, offering a gameplay experience designed around more difficult, albeit rewarding gameplay.
  
  
• Each character has more defined strengths and weaknesses. Skills make more of a difference than in the base game. Several attributes have been given a harder starting offset, which means that they start as a negative value but slowly improve with skill level.
  
  
• Virtuous traits and prestigious marriages are more important than ever. Children will have a deficit in Piety while growing up. Counteract this by making sure that your children receive Virtuous traits or other sources of early Piety. Children will also have a deficit in Prestige while growing up. Counteract this with granted landed titles or the right marriages.
  
  
• Characters now earn increased Lifestyle Experience from their Attributes.
  
  
• Dynamic skill increase. Optional game mechanic that increases a skill every five years based on selected Lifestyle. Enabled with game rule. Disabled on default.
  
  
• Lightweight and compatibility friendly. Should not interfere with any mod. See the compatibility section for more information.
  
  
• Clean implementation. No game errors.

* Diplomacy also increases Travel Safety (with offset).
* Stewardship also increases Travel Speed (with offset).

Taberna only makes changes to files added by this mod and, as such, should not conflict with any other mod. The only exception would be mods that also make changes to the five attributes and, in those cases, it will be up to your load order which mod gets to overwrite the other. If you want the game to prioritize edits made by Taberna, move it to the very end of your playset.
