Helipad Carriage

Description
A railway carriage for transporting and servicing the IAH-9 Spiral helicopter. For refuelling, add a tanker carriage to the train, fill it with jet fuel and link up hoses between the carriages.

Helipad connectors can be toggled from the helicopter or command carriage B (when used). Radios must be on.

-Redundant motor controls removed, this can be set from a lead locomotive or command carriage.
-Helipad connectors can now be toggled from the helicopter or command carriage B.
-Minor tweaks and refinements.
