Unit descriptions for use with english unit names

Description
Removes the english translations of unit names at the header of their descriptions, because they are unnecessary with the english unit names submod.
Other than that it's precisely the unit descriptions from DeI 1.3a.
Load this and the unit names above DeI, how you sort this and the unit names submod doesn't matter as they don't contain the same files.
