Explosive Radius

Description
This is a little QoL mod that displays explosion radius on all explosives on selection and placing.

I would expect it to be compatible with most mods. However it doesn't quite work with Combat Extended yet.

Feedback is welcome. Please leave a comment if you spot any issues or have any suggestions! Hope you like it.

@Colinfang The easiest way to directly place any building that your colonists can normally build is to toggle god mode on, which instantly builds any blueprints you place.

Both the minimal range radius (white) & explosion radius (yellow) show up correctly upon selection of a built turret.

When you are placing a blueprint turret, both colors are white (I feel the amount of code needed to fix the color here might not be worth it)

(Btw do you know how to spawn the autocannon-turret directly in dev tool? It is weird that I am unable to find it)
