Classic Eternal Fly

Description
Eternal Flies that protect enemies and corny poops for some reason loses their appearance when the spawner dies, this mod makes then continues with the eternal appearance and give to then extra speed and the HP is increased from 5 to 20, because in the flash isaac they also have extra speed and extra HP

this mod is included in the Repentance Eternal Edition mod

Do you think its possible to support Fiend Folio? It adds some enemies that use eternal flies.

I know this is kinda stupid because everyone really only plays in one mode, but it would be cool to see this the change only occur in hard mode.

I'd like to maybe see an alternate version that just retains the appearance and doesn't include the extra speed and HP.
