4.27 Customisable Gauges (Basic)

Description
Finally! A long awaited port, finally done. I was quite busy updating several aspects, and I'm not even done! Lol.

Interior in the thumbnail made by Mako

CHANGES WITH THE MOD:
- Combined all of the separate gauge mods into 1 big mod;
- Moved the category to Interior rather than being in Misc (as it was previously not possible);
- Overhauled the font of the Tachometers and Speedometers (other gauges still need to be updated);
- Resized the gauges to be a lot more useable from the start (15cm diameter instead of 29cm for the tachometers and speedometers);
- Also resized needles to fit them;
- Added a new variant to 6000rpm and 4000rpm gauges, a gauge that steps per 500rpm!
- Thumbnails are now generated using in game thumbnail generator;
- The sizes of the thumbnails aren't absolutely massive anymore;
- Unwrapped all of the gauges, so textures should work a little bit better on them;
- Gauges no longer export a garbage red texture for colour.
