PRISM no longer requires the DAMN weapon pack!

The Prism Aerospace International corporation was a ship-builder that specialized in hull designs working around trade-restricted components and could freely be sold to any client. Not using the latest armor or engine technologies could have be seen as a deal-breaker but the clever use of angled armor designs to minimize weight while maximizing protection kept their ships competitive in the modern battle-space.

While the company has been absorbed into the Alliance's military-industrial complex, it is still common to find neighboring systems fully equipped with PAI hardware, as well as minor shipyards producing unlicensed copies of their designs.


Currently adds:

The Aryabhata-class light trochship, a tiny scout ship,

The Euler-class light torchship, a well armored albeit small escort hull,

The Noether-class medium torchship, a versatile ship with plenty of turrets mount options and internal space,

The Hypatia-class medium torchship, a Keystone cousin that trades internal volume for heightened frontal survivability,

The Thales-class heavy torchship, a heavier and well armored broadsiding hull with limited defensive slots,

The Descartes-class heavy torchship, a menacing heavy hull that can take out even bigger targets with its frontal weapon layout.

The Euclid-class super-heavy torchship, a resilient large hull covered in weapon emplacements, but lacking in maneuverability,

The Pythagoras-class super-heavy torchship, a lumbering capital ship able to go toe-to-toe with the iconic Solomon-class battleship when properly maneuvered.

The Bernoulli-class static weapon platform, a very cheap hull with adequate weapons to defend back-line positions and not much else.


Along these, PRISM has access to a full catalog of weapons ranging from quad-120mm to short range and devastating Shape Charge cradles, or cruise torpedoes. Since they only have access to the more mundane ANS' weapons, they fill the gaps with oddball devices and sub-par equipment.


Includes 15 paint-job components that allows you to customize your ships individually.

The design goal is to add ships that are very sturdy when well maneuvered, but also a smidgen less powerful and more vulnerable to flanking than their ANS counterparts. Their thinner armor is angled, which lead to a heightened vulnerability from the front/back and top/bottom sides but a significantly superior protection from the sides. Additionally those ships are not agile when it comes to dodging, but they have good turn rates to make the most out of their few mounts and limited armor.

im like 95% sure cause i purge my workshop folders to force updates cause i tend to run in to update issues, least i have in the past. ill do some more testing but i narrowed it down to the ship limits and when i disabled it it started back working. let me double check

HEAT issue I can see that, because currently the only way to prevent some vanilla missiles to show up it to remove ALL ammunition from the faction and then add back the ones I want. AGMLib will have to be updated to allow for a more targeted blacklist, but AGM-114 is away for a while.

The issue with no ship limit is puzzling though. Are you certain to have all your mods up to date? If they are, then that's another problem with AGMLib to solve some day.

Hey it may be a bit early to tell but I think the recent update caused some compatibility issues with other mods, no ship limits breaks the hull patterns, and the HEAT weapons pack is missing the small p1 and p2 ammunitions

The Carrier update is out now with two new ships! Prism is using ANS strikecrafts as placeholders for now but you can finally deploy light assets.

I did not had any issue with that, at worse you can copy the mod and AGMLib from the workshop folder to the game's "mods" folder and enable this version in the game. The names are a bit scuffed because it's all numbers but it should work.

hi there. how do you play your mod offline? it seems that i get a dependency error whenever i try to play with it offline, even with the dependencies installed offline. it seems to be that prism doesnt recognize that the dependency is installed,

Lovely ship designs, but I am curious, the Mako has two 8x16x10 drive module slots, is there a particular drive that's meant to fit in there or is on the way, or is it just for modded flexibility's sake?
