Hi everyone,
This mod will let you recruit fully trained units (rank 9) from the very start of the game. This will apply to ALL your newly recruited troops. This is clearly a cheat mod ;-)

UPDATED and fixed for patch 6.1.
The mod should still be retrocompatible if you have rollbacked the game to still use SFO for example.

For anyone trying Fat Murphy's idea, the value for the optional campaign key is "wh3_main_combi"
