UPDATED and fixed for patch 6.1.
The mod should still be retrocompatible if you have rollbacked the game to still use SFO for example.

Here is a fix that will make this work in immortal empires. Download Rusted PackFile Manager. Locate the mod on your hard drive. Utilize the optional campaign key to point the mod directly to Immortal empires. Done.

It looks like this doesn't apply to ANY of the instant-recruit units, so Vampire Counts don't have it with raise undead either. I don't know how feasible it is, but if you could apply it to them, that would be greatly appreciated

I have a request, is it possible to make it to apply with warrior of chaos faction? because the way that units are recruited is different from normal other faction.

Hi it seems to not work for the hordes of chaos when they recruit base units (like raiders for example) and upgrade them, considering these units need exactly also experience levels (apart from technology) to be upgraded, it would help playability a lot (also considering all the free experience levels the computer gets). Thanks
