Truckers working on Quick Jobs are getting lost!
So the "Quick Job" Trucking Companies are putting a portable GPS navigator into all trucks that do not have a built in GPS.

This mod allows you to close the route advisor GPS while doing Quick Jobs, which can enhance immersion, particularly in VR.

Note, this will NOT affect existing Quick Job Trucks!
Trucks are created when you "take" a Quick Job, and the portable GPS navigator is added at creation time.

Post a comment with details if you find a quick job truck without GPS when this mod is enabled. (All quick job trucks should have either a dashboard or portable navigator GPS with this mod enabled.)

Updated for game version 1.55, new mod version number is 1.55.1. Removed support for game versions previous to 1.50.

Haven't tested this since, but the mod was working fine with a bunch of other quick job trucks before that

If it's working for you then it was probably just a fluke

@kevin I just tested "taking a quick job" with the International 9900i day cab and the dashboard portable navigator was added to the truck, so I was UNABLE to reproduce the error.

A couple of reasons it may not be working for you:

1) The GPS navigator is added to the truck at "creation" and the truck is created when you first take a quick job. So if you added this mod AFTER taking a quick job, the truck will not have the GPS.

2) This mod may be in conflict with another mod you are using, you could raise the priority of this mod, although if there is a conflict it will likely conflict the other way as well.
