Description
This mod aggressively cuts delays in the game as much as possible. Not recommended if you are playing the campaign for the first time. This is for vets who just want to jump into a game without stalls.

ONE BUTTON LAUNCH
When you click the launch button on squad select, you will be seamlessly taken to the mission. Mission will auto-launch when loaded, and dropship cutscene is skipped. (Make sure you have finalized your squad before clicking this button!) Post mission loading screen will auto-continue.

CUTSCENES DISABLED
Most unskippable movies are now skippable. Disabled tactical cutscenes like panning over Blacksite, enemy reveal cinematics, and reinforcements scenes.

TUTORIALS DISABLED
Disables over 50 alerts, e.g. assigning engineer decreasing x time, intro messages, unit promotions, covert ops confirmation, first time enemy narratives, and class tutorial messages.

VARIOUS SPEEDUPS
Disables scripted pauses that can last 1-5secs, makes panning sequences twice as fast. You can enable or disable any of these features in the in-game mod config menu.

Recommended mods:
Fast Forward My Game - paired with this, hour-long games can now last 15 minutes!
Narrative Control - shuts up VOs in strategy
Hush Little Chosen - Shuts up VOs in tactical (not just chosen)
Instant Avenger Menus
Stop Wasting My Time WOTC
Enable zip mode in your game options if you havent already

Any conflicts with other mods can be resolved by deleting the conflicting classes from XComEngine.ini. You'll lose features, but at least it works. for example, if AML says there is a conflict with "UIDropShipBriefing_MissionStart", you can delete or comment out the line:
+ModClassOverrides=(BaseGameClass="UIDropShipBriefing_MissionStart", ModClass="UIDropShipBriefing_MissionStart2")

Not compatible with No Reveal Cinematics

Bugs:
if you have dropship scene disabled or auto continue post mission , the screen will momentarily turn black on mission start. To clear the black screen, just press any key.

Like others, I get the infinite loading screen on the first mission after gatecrasher. This is with a lot of other mods. Running only this mod, the problem does not occur so it seems another mod is conflicting. I have not determined what the conflict is. From @Qazerowl
"Unchecking "Disable Mission Launch Prompt" solved the issue for me"

I have no idea why but this mod creates an infinite loading screen when starting the second mission. I will stay way personally.

this mod softlocks your game if you click through the initial science lab cutscene too fast, the menu never loads and you can't back out.

@davidtriune AML says grimys loot mod wotc conflicts with this 'UIAlert' can you make these compatible?

I tried commenting out +ModClassOverrides=(BaseGameClass="X2Action_Delay", ModClass="X2Action_Delay2") which as expected disabled both the fast action speed but also returned the random pauses.

I even tried messing around with the X2Action_Delay2.uc file, trying to add a static delay after each action, but with limited knowledge of XCOM 2 modding I was unsuccessful here.

Any suggestions would be appreciated? With DisableTacticalDelays enabled I feel like I'm playing the game in fast forward, but would really love to fix the random pauses that occur.

With DisableTacticalDelays enabled, I'm not a fan of just how fast sequential actions occur. I like the fact it fixes the sometimes 5+ second pauses that will occur after an enemy move or even after the enemy turn ends. I was messing around with the ini files but couldn't seem to keep the fix to random pauses without affecting the base game speed.

I tried changing the 3 values in XComGameCore.ini to match the default values but that didn't change anything.
