Exhaustion Boosts Fitness

Description
UPDATE: Now includes alternate version of mod with reduced buffs. Use one one of these, not both.

Buffs fitness and strength gains while increasingly exerted, but cancels out when in pain.

Basic formula is endurance^2 / pain^2 .
Reduced formula is endurance*2 / pain .
There's a more specific version of the function as well as a values table on the GitHub page.

@Bombingham exhaustion level goes from 0-4, 0 being none and 4 being max exhaustion, if this is the moderate level (2) the multiplier will be 4x.

what's the actual multipler? say when you have half endurance and no pain how much xp do you get?

is it ok if I use this mod as a base and change the calculation formula to suit my taste? I would like to add it to workshop as unlisted at least so that I can use it on my private server.
