Description
If you play with weight of crown then this lets you rule metropolises as any of the new government types EXCEPT nomads (directly ruling over what is essentially a super-city seemed pretty stupid for them).

This other mod is needed for you to be able to build the Weight of Crown buildings in the Metropolis holdings:

Can you update the compatch? It only seems to work half way. You can own metropolis type holdings but they start with 0 pops which makes them very weak at the start.
