Description
A puzzle with few connections, featuring a bit of an unusual move and an equally unusual twist. And by "unusual", I mean "possibly slightly questionable". The introductory room and the thumbnail should make it clear what that move is like. As for the twist, I'm afraid that's spoilery territory...

As always, the solution requires no glitches, cube throwing, tight timing, or other shenanigans. All of the intended steps are logical, consistent, and easy to execute if done in the correct manner.

Notes:
- Off-centered portals are not part of the intended solution.
- Funnel climbing/spamming isn't part of the intended solution (although I don't think it skips anything meaningful).
- For some reason, stepping through the funnel portal while the angled panel is active is rough. Fortunately, that's never necessary to solve the map.
- The Matter Inquisition Field (yellow fizzler) acts like a standard fizzler, except that it won't destroy your existing portals when you go through it.

Estimated difficulty: 5/10

Huge thanks to Dark Rozen for playtesting, and to Mikeastro for technical help.

I love crazy moves like this. I also love the setup with how the funnel travels twice through the portals and the clever detail with the cube that it flies over the button in the exit area when you don’t have the null portal. Truely a clever and neat use of this quirky mechanic. Amazing work! (I also now played almost through your entire Workshop and really love most of it, I just don’t comment that often.)

Thanks a lot! I'm pretty proud at how creative this one is indeed, glad you liked it!
@Mattchew
Thanks again for the very kind words, and for going through my workshop as well, by the way! Always a joy to hear such enthusiasm :)
@chixenlegjo
That can happen, but even if you stumbled on it by accident, you still had to figure out for yourself how to use it, so good job to you! And thanks for playing!
@mentallentil
Wow, second fav map says a lot! Thank you so much for playing and for leaving comments!

I admit the more creative moves took me a long while to work out, but it was well worth the time. In particular, the bootstrap and "funnel loop" thing took me the longest. It seems I had not anticipated that much use of the angled panel. From what I've played, this is my second favourite map in your workshop (isotope still the best :love_seagull:). Faved!

I found the the big move completely by accident when I placed a portal while attempting to go trough normally and just happened to put it in the perfect place for it for the funnel to pass through twice. I actually thought it was a bug at first because I didn't see it enter twice[\spoiler]. I solved it quite quickly due to that, but it was a great puzzle anyway.

Fascinating map this one! I'm not usually into the crazier ideas for maps, but my this one was so good! Great logic to it all. I must admit I was stuck on one of the last moves for a while, and I did find it on accident, but its so funny I cannot be mad. It was really cool! The respawn+null portal sequence at the very end was beautiful. The track platform in this map is also well done. Faved!

Marvellous map! Really puzzled me for quite a while. Hoping to see more maps with such unmatchable innovative ideas!:steamthumbsup:

Hmm, I'm pretty sure it IS possible though, albeit quite painful. But yeah, it's still a shame that it's the only way of getting out of that situation in your screenshot
@Mikeastro
Unconventional is definitely the word to describle the main moves of the map, I can understand you had trouble thinking about them at all. Still thank you for giving it a go and appreciating it nonetheless! I can promise you my next puzzle will be much more conventional :P

Very clever map; in fact, too clever for me. For some reason, I fare really poorly when the map requires novel interactions; call me an old man, but I can really only work out conventional logic :] Hunting for tricks is not my style, but I can appreciate a good one when it is shown to me. This was one of those cases; very well made, big thumbs up :D

Good news, I changed my mind. It's a thumbs up now :-)
But there's one more thing. You said stepping through the angled portal is tough (and not needed). Which is true. I say it's impossible and that's why this is a softlock.

Fair enough. As I said when replying to your comment on Lift, I believe the creative nature of that move still makes it interesting and worth showcasing, but of course I knew it could be considered questionable.
