模组背景：
自1973年BETA（与人类敌对的地球外起源生命Beings of the Extra Terrestrial origin which is Adversary of human race，缩写为BETA）巢穴降落地球以来，人类经历的只有一次又一次的失败。
1999年初，世界人口相比1973年下降一半以上，欧亚大陆几乎全部被BETA占领。欧洲各国和苏联政府退避到海外租界，世界各地溢满了庞大的难民集团，反攻遥遥无期……
但在这绝望中也有希望：一方面，新一代战术机逐渐入役；另一方面，随着对BETA研究的深入，对BETA作战的真正关键也逐步被人们挖掘出来。虽然在1999年初的战场上人类依然被动，但，有可能胜利的天平已经发生了变动……？

模组简介：
用战术机，打败BETA，拯救在绝望中的人类，开辟出通往胜利的道路吧！
