Perplexing Potions

Description
True alchemy lies in this formula: ‘Your memory and your senses are but the nourishment of your creative impulse.'"

Hired to hunt for a coveted treasure in an old alchemist's shack deep in the forest, you set out with naught but a pair of items that your employer scavenged from the shack, a secure chest, and the clothes on your back. Finally arriving, in the midst of the rain, you stand outside and deposit what you have before proceeding any further.

The Philosopher's Stone, the alchemical crown jewel said to turn lead into gold, was it truly hidden here?
You'll have to delve inside to find out.

Great room, though three things we really struggled with:
1. Breaking the glass didn't work after 5 tries so we gave up and didn't try again for halt an hour.
2. The board says Monday->Saturday but we thought since the text was right that it should be right to left.
3. The blue potion has two correct answers but only one works. The Arsenic place could also be Antimony since both are Semi-Metals but only Arsenic works.

I can't believe I didn't think of that.

The A and B plates are used to figure out aspects of each element in the bottles! one will tell you if an element is metal or not, and the other is to tell you how reactive they are ^^

Can I ask what the A and B plates were for? Unless I somehow skipped them, you didn't had to put anything into them.

Unless it's changed in the last 5 days I think there is only one solution to the elements. There are two different clues to the middle and bottom row alignments, but only one configuration is possible. (Pay attention to which elements have to be adjacent to/above/below each other)

hey, which parts of the puzzle has multiple solutions? if you let me know id love to be able to fix it! thanks!

Had to downvote for one reason: the element arranging puzzle has multiple possible solutions, yet only one is accepted. The arrangement of the middle and bottom row needs to be more specific so you don't end up with multiple places to put things.

Enjoyed this very much, but I also had tremendous difficulty with laying out the elements. I followed the walkthrough, and didn't understand the logic of the placements done in the walkthrough video. Some sort of additional explanatory notes would be helpful, I think, without taking away from the player's need for deductive reasoning. I appreciated the number of interesting items, actually, but there were several of them. If I didn't throw them away, but set them down or pulled them out, they cluttered up the narrow confines of the room which, with the chairs, made movement very challenging. Again, quite liked this, it's the element placement that I had issues with.

Great map and puzzles! I agree with others that there are too many loose items that don't do anything. I like to trash these and so I had almost 300 items in the trash! I had to refer to a walkthrough video to put all the drawings of the elements onto the chart/table on the wall. I don't know if it was because it was too challenging or because I was too tired that I couldn't get it. I could get the planets and the nonmetals, but wasn't sure of the order of the rest. But I got just about everything else eventually. :)

Pretty good map and puzzles, the only downside I will mention is all the "trash" items, I counted 304, just too many!
