Description
A fix for the overflow problem with fleet power (Fleet Power 1)
Credit to ACOT for the math involved in here; this mod simply takes their fleet power fix and isolates it.

Should be compatible with every other mod as it only adds a single custom file, overriding none.

Hey everyone
I updated the file to match the ACOT math that exists today (3.13.2)
In theory this should fix the mod, but I haven't been able to play for a hot minute (chasing a now toddler lol)

fleet power defines changed with 3.13 so this mod will need an update to fix that

Does not work anymore, starting 3 corvette fleet at 5k fleet power. I have no idea why this would happen.

No longer works, military on a Marginot world is 212k, and is likely up to over the overflow integer
