Description
THIS MOD IS NO LONGER UNDER DEVELOPMENT!
A more balanced version of it has been released. it's at

A humble variety of Jet engines, and other plane parts created for use on the Flotsam Front server

Credit for the Jet sounds goes to RandaSpread, who is an absolute Legend

IMPORTANT: most values (namely fuel efficiency, component cost, or thrust) are still under balancing, but should be in line with Randas Jet engine

Current content:

Jet Engines (flavoured Hydrogen Thrusters, basically):
-Turul SH-30 (3x3 base)
-Pratt and Whitney F-117 (2x2 model 1x2 bounding box)
-Hussar AE-1X Aerospike Engine (2x1 model 1x1 bounding box)
-Cordium-base Jet engine (2x2 model 1x1 bounding box)
-Saturn AL-31 (3x3 base) (now with a reworked model)
-Soloviev D-30 (5x5 thruster)
-Pegasus AN-2 (1x2x1 thruster, optimal for vectoring)

Helicopter tail propellers
-Weak tail rotor

Wing conveyors
-6 conveyors for use on plane wings (very incomplete set, more to come)

WIP content (planned content but coming sooner)
-AOA limiter module (basically a gyro that gives enormous turning power, but eats a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of energy)
-SP34RH34D experimental jet engine

Planned content
-tumansky r-15
-ws-15
-not jet engine, but inline propeller, as requested by AryxCami

If you have any nice creations using these, then please send pics of it. I'd love to use them to showcase the mod

We on that sigma modder grindset here, so no buildstages (for the foreseeable future, at least)

You are free to make your version of this mod, and post it on the workshop, as long as it is UNLISTED

Hmm, doesn't seem to like the new file:

MOD_CRITICAL_ERROR: SovietFlamiingo's Plane Parts, in file: E:\Games\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\244850\2812644012\Data\WaterConfig.sbc
MOD SKIPPED, Cannot load definition file

Red error on load in. I believe the file needs to be a `.xml` rather than a `.sbc`, so SE doesn't try to load it as a block def file.

Would it be possible that you include this file as WaterConfig.xml into your mod. The file should placed in /data/ .

This will make your "Thrusters" not work anymore underwater, if the watermod is used.
