Demographic Tweaks

Description
For reasons of historical accuracy, immersion, or otherwise-- Many have griped in the past that they didn't like that 50% or more of the armed goons running around are women. No longer!

In addition to making all brothel employees female, each faction has been individually tweaked to try and make a little more sense in context of the times. But if you don't like the defaults I provide, you can tweak the values yourself! Want to remove women entirely? Or play as an all women gang? You can also specify demographics by class-- so you can make some doctors women but leave all the enforcers as men. This also affects race to certain degree-- so you can make the Vice Kings or Card Sharks all black, or Hip Sing Tong all Asian if that fits best for you.

Instructions on how to tweak ratios: (Windows)
1. Launch the game with the mod
2. go to %appdata%\..\LocalLow\RomeroGames\EmpireOfSin\Mods\Cache\DemographicTweaks\Raw~\Lua\Scripts\Factions
3. Open the faction you want to edit in a text editor
4. Use Control-F or similar to locate the text "CONFIGURE"
5. This should direct you to a marked off area in the code with further instructions.
6. Launch the game again and start a new save. Enjoy!

Note: If you swap to a different mod playlist that doesn't have this mod, launch the game, and switch back-- your tweaks will be overwritten with my defaults again. If you are swapping mods around a lot and are worried about losing your tweaks, I suggest backing up a copy of the numbers somewhere. This is escpecially important when you consider that changing the numbers mid-campaign may cause a crash when loading the save. (The save should be intact still but you'll need the right numbers to load it properly again) So don't tweak these mid-run!

Incompatabilities/Issues:
1. In it's current state it will be incompatable with any other mod changing the factions via file aliasing. Whichever mod is last in load order will get priority, the other(s) will be ignored. If you author a mod that is incompatible, feel free to contact me and we may be able to work together to fix that.
2. Loading a save game created BEFORE installing this mod will likely fail-- however, playing a save that you started with this mod, AFTER uninstalling this mod should work. I'm afraid that a similar problem may occur if/when I update this mod. You may need a new save when you update.
I will denote this in the change notes for the update.

Ideal future plans:
1. Integrate this with a config file that allows players to easily tweak it to their desired ratios
-- DONE!
2. Resolve above incompatabilities
3. Adjust gender ratios of brothel employees -- Done, made all brothel employees female.
4. Add support for murder inc and fixers (Might have to be a separate mod as some people don't have DLC)
5. Add support for police
6. Add support for minor factions

With the latest update on the beta version, all TacticalFaux mods (Except hireable goons) are currently working. You may have to unsubscribe and resubscribe.

Update: So, they've solved part of the issue and on a private beta branch they've given me access to. They are hopefully going to publish an updated version of the modtools next week so that I can patch my end of things to match. And if that all goes well then when things go public it should all hopefully work again.

Let it be known that the dev I've been working with has been very responsive and also seems commited to making sure they don't leave us hanging with the mods. So just try to be kind and patient with them, everyone. :)

@Downatello Should be soon. I believe they've patched it on their end but are just working out some other things before releasing the patch. Might be this coming week. I have some info from speaking to a dev but take it with a grain of salt as I am not a dev and can't make any promises on their behalf.

That's good news. Thank you for your effort and the information. Your mods are extremely important. I wouldn't have played the game without your mods because I don't like the vanilla circus of the black book.

My bad @Chief I meant to direct you to the comments on Hireable Goons but directed you here sorry lol. Got my pages mixed up.

UPDATE: I messaged an old dev I knew and I suppose the word traveled to the current devs because I recieved word that they will fix the modding stuff they broke in the next patch and may also expand mod tools going forward. So we are waiting on a patch for me to be able to update this, with potential more good news down the road.

Update would be nice if it is necessary because of the new dlc.

@Dun Dorr, I looked into this briefly awhile back and did not have success in the short time I looked. It's possible I missed something. Someone could look deeper.
