Description
A major problem with Civilization is the randomness and difficulty of spawns, which cause poor yields and poor adjacency, often to the point of being near impossible to come back from if you spawn poorly. Thus, in this mod, I aim to balance out some district adjacencies and thus standardize spawns more consistently, providing additional benefits to weak spawns, while also enabling other strategies that utilize district adjacencies.

Changelist:
  • Campuses receive minor adjacency from Floodplain tiles
  • Commercial Hubs and their replacements receive standard adjacency from luxury resources
  • Commercial Hubs and their replacements receive major adjacency from Oases
  • Specialty districts receive standard adjacency from the Diplomatic Quarter
  • Industrial Zones no longer receive a standard adjacency bonus from Strategic resources
  • Industrial Zones now receive a standard adjacency bonus from rivers
  • Encampments and their replacements now receive production adjacency bonuses
    • Minor adjacency from districts
    • Standard adjacency from Diplomatic Quarter and Government Plaza districts
    • Standard adjacency from strategic resources

i cant load the game with this mod. mods enabled with this mod are: a mountain is fine too; wetlands; better camps; city lights. is there a compatibility problem of this mod with any of these?

i need more information than that. DLCs? other mods active? I really don't know how I am supposed to fix anything when all you tell me is "it doesnt work". It works perfectly fine for me and should work fine for those without NFP.

the mod is now compatible for those who do not have new frontier pass

Oh, that is my mistake. The diplomatic quarter is a new addition to the game with the New Frontier Pass, so those who don't have it won't have the district, so that update broke compatibility with basegame without NFP. I will look into compatibility. Thanks for the headsup

Removing the Diplomatic Quarter adjacencies from my local copy of this mod fixed my problem! I think the problem is an incompatibility with JNR's District Expansion mods.

Note that I'm running JNR's District Expansion mods - perhaps the issue is that this mod's new version is incompatible with one of those mods? Here's how my database.log ends:
