Description
It was a mod made for my use, but I am suprised this is my number 1 mod. What does it do? Removes ownership from almost all items and beds (There still might be some that I missed, let me know in the comments), changes a few messages to say stupid stuff (Mainly for my own amusement), changes minimum pickpocket chance to 99 and max to 100, allows you to fast travel from nearly all interiors, makes crime legal in some areas and facions, and makes the thugs completely pathetic. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

When Mod is on all house and Stores are locked. Only works on other mods that have placed things that are marked steal. have to load mod for a short time then unmark the mod.
