Tried to fix a reported problem where the guards would tell you to stop taking, I think I fixed this by disabling crime reporting in holds. If the problem persist, please let me know. This mod is best combined with the "tdetect" command.

Final alpha update. Anything after this is ether tweaking or missed items being unclaimed, now that i'm done with this mod, I can work on my Skyrim the Gathering mod.
All interior items unclaimed and able to travel from. (I think)
Most, if not all exterior items unclaimed (Might have missed some hold exteriors)
Removed owned shrubs in case another mod lets you harvest from them.
Currently working on a smaller version of this mod as well as a base game version.

Made Thugs even more pathetic, no more East Empire ownership, effected more inns and stuff, can now fast travel from most world spaces.

No more owned interiors, only some specific items, which will be unclaimed soon. Exterior objects still ne to be unclaimed. Changes the "Don't tell me how to live my life." message from obtaing items to just say "sus". More locations can be traveled from. Beds in some places are either not owned or owned by the player.
