For ideal traction and sway/body roll set the Kingpin Rotors' Lower and Upper limits to 88 & 92 respectively (hidden in Terminal by default). Leave it at stock 75 & 105 values when off-roading for better control. Or use your own values.
The values above or below 90 just means the degree of roll the trailer can experience before it locks and uses the tractor for stability. (88 & 92 = 2 degree of roll)

NOTE about building Blueprints from Projectors
When building from a Projector you'll have to finish the Kingpin (hinge block and rotor head) separately. Build the Hinge block so it pivots vertically and switch the Hinge block OFF so it can pivot and act like a real 5th wheel.
