Hipuvoir Species

Adds the Hipuvoir species with Race Traits. Firstly, body sprites and flight as well as a few other things are from the Crylan mod. This mod requires The Crylik Race and Race Traits which adds Headlamp for their night hunting, Avid Explorer for their NostOS-like curiosity, and immunity to food poisoning so that they can enjoy all the raw meat. The Crylan and RT mods made this experiment possible! Who needs a special tech for jumping? Not these guys. I also added a permanent cosmetic effect called Featherfall. Your Hipuvoir will constantly shed harmless feathers which illustrate why they dislike fire. Their culture was largely based around storytelling and they had no need for fire until they started metalworking. Light and mobile, only recently have they begun building much of anything. Their sharp minds and strong yet agile arms facilitate the copying of objects they have studied. In this way they are cobbling together a society from what they have learned. They begin already knowing how to create many things without having to learn those blueprints. Oh, and their ship pet is an ironic bunny that could probably serve as a snack under different circumstances.
