All factions are the same factions as in the vanilla game.
Be aware that the latest version of Total Rebalance Campaign Bundle can be found here:

Glad to hear it works and that you like the mod.
Regarding your question, I personally find the 270 BC map big enough to play on with sufficient regions, especially compared to Vanilla.
When I started making campaigns on this map (20 months ago or so) only 270 BC and Mundus Magnus existed at that time.
Of course I could start modifying one of the huge maps that existed lately but I don't have the free to make all the time consuming changes again.
I still would like to recommend you the Total Rebalance 2 Ultimate Bundle as the 6 playable campaigns offer a lot of variety in campaigns and the added new units balance changes are pretty neat.
Thanks for your comment.
Could you let me know which other mods you have enabled alongside this mod?
Did you follow the following step, as in, installing Europa 270 BC mod and using the correct mod order?
(!) Download "Europa 270 BC" mod and put "Europa Romanorum 120AD" on top of " "Europe 270 BC" in the mod launcher.
Snapshot of Europa 270BC compatible with this mod:

In case you want to play with the Total Rebalance 2 mod enabled you could even go for this mod:

Probably (my suggestion) you should just choose to go with either of the last two links I posted, as they are prepackaged and don't have other mod dependencies, and contains the latest update. ( in fact I even recommend the last one more)
Let me know if any of these steps worked out for you.
It's not technically impossible, but it would break save games if I would do it directly in this mod, and then also make it incompatible with other unit mods, such as Rome Rerostered, which I also made.
A better idea would be to make a special patch version for the Total Rebalance Campaign Bundle (which has my unit pack and map pack pre-included), but even then it would take some effort to manualy patch everything into that campaign bundle and verify if the change doesn't break anything.
Alongside working a job, it just takes a bit too much effort for me to implement it, even though I think it would be very cool to have that faction included, I really like the idea... maybe if I have a long holiday or a lot of spare time I will look into it..
Just in case, I asked Dagovax whether he would allow for his content to be re-used in other mods.
Thank you for your suggestion :)
