Most of the turrets are using the MART script and should have rotor/hinge lock enabled for the turrets, you will want to turn that off in the tool bar which should be numbers 8 and 9, and you're good to go from there, I should also note. That you should have scripts enabled if you want the turrets to function with MART. If not my newer vehicles should have the ability to swap control to a custom turret controller with a timer block called "TB/Turret Swap".
