NEW:
Headquarters room
  • Chief, Accountant, Lawyer, Foreman and Psychologists do jobs here.
  • They do not require their own office, ALL administrators are working in 1 big room.
  • You can override by activating Default Staff Chief for Execution mods ABOVE this mod.
  • You can build a Wardens office inside the Headquarters room to keep them all together.
  • Changed research, all research is now done by Warden.


Barbery need
  • You can put a WallSink(dry) in cells if prisoners don't have access to a Barber Shop.
  • Barbers will perform hair cuts in the Barber Shop to settle prisoner needs.


Planning Tools
  • Added all available rooms with new icons
  • Research Planning Tools to enable (you need a Warden, research done in 1 minute),
  • You can edit the save-game and disable it by setting PlanningTools to 0.000000
  • Black Planning Walls, ideal for snow maps.


Vending Storage Room
  • This room can store ingredients and staff meals as well.


Infirmary
  • Changed Medical Bed -> Superior Bed
  • Changed original Medical Bed -> Medical Bed Large
  • Infirmary can have Medical Bed / Medical Bed Large
  • Reform will be done at Infirmaries with Medical Bed only (not on Medical Bed Large)


Staff Toilets
  • A room for your staff to wee and poo.

Yoga Room
  • An alternative for the Chapel, can be indoors / outdoors and needs a Yoga Mat.
  • A Yoga Master will lead the reform (needs office).[/list

    New quickbuilds
    • Grade 0 to 10 cells with normal toilets and showers
    • Grade 0 to 10 cells with Turkish Drain and WallSinks (these cells don't require plumbing).
    NOTE: when using cells without plumbing, set Regime to something else than Shower time, because prisoners will not use these items during Shower time to settle hygiene needs. But they do when you set regime to Lockup or Freetime instead of Shower.


    Snitch Sorter
    • The Intake Terminal acts as a prisoner sorter, use its buttons to specify sorting on arrival.


    Changes to floor materials
    • All materials now cost $5
    • Carpets: normal walking speed and indoors (used to be a mix),
    • Tiles: fast / indoor / outdoor (used to be a mix),
    • Mosaic: fast / indoor / outdoor,
    • Wood: normal / indoor,
    • Stone: mostly indoor / outdoor and fast except Cobble and Loose Stone,
    • Deployment lines: fast / indoor / outdoor (used to be indoor only).


    Changes to contraband
    • Needle -> narcotics, metal
    • Booze -> narcotics, luxuries, smelly
    • MobilePhone -> luxuries, metal
    • Lighter -> luxuries, metal
    • Toothbrush -> weapons, tools, improvised, smelly

This is broken - advanced roads 2.0 does not work. Is there a way to disable just advanced roads.

Also, does anyone know if: A) Metro stations still work in the current versions of things. And B) if Metro stations work across island maps? (I'm not a fan of the ferry system.)

I seem to recall something about the Metro system still needing to calculate a walkable route between the origin and destination, but can't find anything to confirm that now.

@Qwazer check Properties>Workshop and make sure it shows a download size of ~69mb. If it says 0.0mb then the mod didn't download but the game still thinks to look for it. (I just had this problem myself.)
The solution I found was to download the mod and run it locally. Since it's not getting any updates in the foreseeable future, I saw no harm in not getting nonexistent updates that weren't downloading anyway... Game runs reasonably smooth now.

Just trying to track down a few Road bugs now. [1. Delivery trucks arrive with 3 drivers; after unloading, 1 driver leaves in the truck, 1 driver magically despawns on the dock, and the third just gets stuck on the dock until I sack them. plus, those thirds accumulate very quickly when doing major construction.] [2. Something with a cargo truck or the cargo area is randomly causing debug loops. Error says something about calculating and HEAD...?]

Subscribing to this mod makes the game crash upon start up... Unsubscribing fixes the issue.. Can someone explain why? Is it only because it's not updated anymore?

I had already done all that actually. Other then at first forgot to turn of fast deliveries every thing done as should be. And other then "so far" only mod item broken is the FAN. Main issues seems to be roads. Restarted a few times "how noticed that seperate roads for each station best" and after random time or if I que a lot to be built.. it breaks. And i get the extra drives. At one point had 84 delivery and 32 export drivers stuck. And at least 4 trucks.

With how I like to build separate prisons per security level I really need that mod ;-(

It should be this page, the previous page or the page before that. so you don't need to go too back far.

Most of my suggestions are common sense (in my opinion) and basically boil down to, doing a complete vanilla start (zero mods. absolutely zero) play the vanilla game for an hour or two to verify there are no problems and to then enable only this pack.

You could also visit every seperate mod, verify how long it's been since it got updated, if that version still works and then download those functional mods seperately.

I appreciate your help and murg for making the mod. It is my favorite mod of all. If I can get log file or game save to you even if email let me know. Looking in pop up window it seems its a truck that has issue. Replacing station fixes it for bit. And I can keep doing that if need be. I really dont want to give up on mod. Its deal with able as is... But would like a fix if possible :-)

I do have one suggestion. Make a discussion with all the typical or standard "fixes". Like a trouble shooting guide. As I dont have any idea what comment page or how far back I would need to go :-( Just 11 pages so could go through it I admit..

Also I am curious what murg busy with? Is it new mod for this game or another? They make great mod compilations so would be interested :-)

@dragonsphotowork I'm just a guy who keeps an eye on comments, because the real dev is busy with other things. He told me that he no longer supports the mod. I changed the mod description to reflect this.

I can try and troubleshoot you a bit, but that's all I can do. Refer to some of my older comments though and try those things first. Or reply to my comment if you want direct help.
