SpatialX Balloon and Drone are air units

Description
I always thought that the aerial warfare was too easy, and that my airstrips where always empty. I also thought that the balloon and drone could have a more offensive role, as the Ukraine War show us the offensive capabilites of drones. So with this mod, now the Observation balloon and the Drone are air units. They don't need an aerodrome to be build, but they will use an air slot like other air units. They can be send into air patrol and have an bombard stat. They can patrol further away than figthers but have a small range of attack. This mean that the player will have the choice between supporting the artillery or attacking on their own.

Observation balloon :
-Base move (how far it can deploy from the airfield) : 8
-Range (how far it can attack from it's current position) : 3
-Combat (how well it will resist if it is attacked by a plane) : 45
-Bombard (how much damage it will do to cities) : 68
-Cost : 290 (was 240)

Drone :
-Base move (how far it can deploy from the airfield) : 10
-Range (how far it can attack from it's current position) : 4
-Combat (how well it will resist if it is attacked by a plane) : 80
-Bombard (how much damage it will do to cities) : 90
-AA (how much damage it will do when intercepting planes) : 90
-Cost : 1 aluminium

REQUIRE : RISE AND FALL
DO NOT USE IF YOU ALREADY BUILD AN OBSERVATION BALLOON OR A DRONE WITHOUT THIS MOD ON!

How should I control a drone to launch an attack after takeoff? I tried deploying to a location, but the attack button of the drone was black. At any distance, no attack can be launched on cities and ground targets, is it different from fighter jets?
Is it due to version updates?Please let me know how to use it. Thank you very much.

ok have an idea for a mod. to where you have a more hands on approach to buildings and units/weapons for military use stats to control how strong the particular unit is in what area. For later game example there is a big difference between tank types and jets etc. so cosmetic and practical but i have no idea how to do it but id be walking on air if someone actually worked on that mod... or a if someone brought some civ4 to the civ6 and bring me the original rise and fall as a mod with maybe some updates. lol or a mod that gives u the option of having basic control over new conquered land or flat out annexation and now my rant is over plz tell me someone will work on these... or show me how to do it...

Thanks for this mod.
But in my opinion, the observation balloon is OP and unrealistic. It should have a range of 1 and less bombard power than ground units.
The drone is also OP when compared to classic air units. You're mentioning the war in Ukraine, but they're mostly using small drones with limited firepower.
Both these recon units should have secondary attack capabilities only, when their initial goal is to support classic units.

@PhazezGova my mod don't require anything to work. You can install both mods if you want, but in this case, your mod will have no effect in gameplay
