This mod doesn't seem to work to me

this mod seems to eventually cause breakfasting.

as people are pointing out, due to a lack of luck downs in the base game, its a little powerful. idk what the current scaling is but it should be slightly less powerful to be balanced (even if you have luck 10+ you should still have a chance of getting quality 0 items, and if you have luck -2 still a chance of getting quality 4)

its balanced- but the game doesnt allow it to be. i have to introduce more luck downs but im not adding items to a tweak mod.

that is a interesting mod but not a balanced one

cats are cool that's probably stack underflow. same reason ghandi went nuclear in civ 1, your luck goes below zero and essentially becomes infinity
