The lost/t.lost in particualr basically getting a free bette rsacred orb after floor 3 is way too busted
A suggestion is the effects of luck get dimishing returns.
1-5 luck greatly increase the chances, 5-10 only give marginal increases and so on.
For 10 luck id say you should still be able to get all item qualities, the chance for higher is just highly increased.

the problem with trinkets is that to appear they heavily rely on rng. having two layers of rng is lame
im still working on making this a little more balanced, like capping these at 20 or 50
lower luck = worse items
higher luck = better items
