Description
****IMPORTANT****
Troubleshooting: Make sure the mod is enabled in the Mods section of the main menu. Unsubscribing and resubscribing to workshop mods forces steam to update and redownload files.

Updates: Unless the developers change how player spawns work, this mod should work regardless of what version of the game is being played.

Multiplayer: I have no experience with hosting dedicated servers and I have no idea how to add mods to servers. Some people in the comments have provided help for those wondering how to add the mod to one.

Old Saves: This mod will not break existing saves if it is added on to one but it will not work as intended. Because of how the game works, the new map folders will not show as respawn choices. If you want to use this mod then you have to make a new save file.

Compatibility: This mod should be compatible with anything as long as the other mod does not use the same names for the Map Folders used by this mod (list at the bottom). Load order will determine which mod gets overwritten. If you want the options from both mods to be available, you will need to rename the conflicting Map Folders to something else (i.e. "Ekron, KY" to "Ekron2, KY"). The default directory for these Map Folders for Windows systems is: C:\Users\Username\Zomboid\Workshop\Mod Name\Contents\mods\Mod Name\media\maps
*****************

This mod adds additional starting towns to choose from when starting a new game.

This mod adds spawns in Fallas Lake (Ekron in the mod files), Dixie, March Ridge, and Valley Station.

This mod is intended to be simple and small in scope. It will most likely never be expanded beyond these four towns.

@SharleBu you can create your own "Translate" folder, thus creating "media, lua, shared, Translate" folders. I translated the mod into Ukrainian and Russian.

@Bingus Researcher Hello! First of all thank u for made this mod. It's nice to have more vanilla-like and lore friendly starting locations.

I was trying to translate your mod into Spanish without succes, because there is no "Translate" folder.

So I came here to ask u if would be ok if I upload a clone of the mod, in Spanish? Naturally, giving all the credits to you and linking this original version in the description.

Greetings!

You know, I think it may have been my provider. NONE of my custom spawn mods were working, except for the LV spawns for some reason. But, I was able to point a spawnlocations.lua at them, and they started working.
