- Spawnable titles for the Praetorian Guard and Imperial Merchant Guild- New, powerful, retinues and a triggered modifier at military organisation 8 that increases retinue cap and makes them cheaper to maintain. Retinue availability is tied to government type and whether the purchaser holds k_praetorians- Cyprus is its own de jure kingdom.
