Portable Storage

Description
Implements unique storage bags so you can store all your items.

Version 1.12 is a hotfix for the Angler causing a NullPointerException due to being a traveling human when they visit you.

Note: In the current version, 1.12, items will still automatically be picked up into your inventory.
This feature is going to take a lot of work and I wanted to get the new features out.

Reviewed some of the code base and many of the methods I used have since been deprecated so it might take a bit of time to get this up and running due to my avoidance of updating. I will try here and there when I have some but there are no promises it will be done soon.

I have not been keeping up on development of this mod, I will likely revisit it and update it when I have time over the summer. I have been learning Java a bit more so hopefully I can get a wonderful and non buggy mod out there for you guys.
