Based on a height map taken from https://heightmap.skydark.pl/# centered on the Puerto La Cruz / Tejerias / Barcelona Axis

Adapted to include the following Islands that didn't fit the height map grid: La Borracha, El Borracho, Los Borrachitos and El Borrachito.
Also added an amalgamation of the Chimanas Archipelago (Chimana del Oeste, Chimana Grande and Chimana Sur)

No DLC required.
