Well yeah CS/LS3 is literally just a direct copy of MP5 itself, I just thought this as "MP5" because of the similarity in apperance, and the fact that it ended up getting adopted by the PLA as well, which it is officially designated as "QCQ-171"
Personally I would like to see it as the equivalent of something like "MP5" for the Chinese, and I'm planning to use it as the equivalent of that as well for my own military of my own story.
If there's anything that I want it to change, maybe change the charging handle back to the left side I guess lol.
Do you think it needs to be changed in some way or is it already good on its own?
Well then.
Even that it has a right-handed charging handle, it actually has a bolt release button on the left side, meaning that you can load the bullets into the chamber by pressing a button on the left.
You can try to look for the bolt release button above the magazine holder.
But then again, there's QBZ-191 now, which got the charging handle on the right side again now, so yeah.
I don't really expect it to be true and all, but I just wonder if we both have the same thoughts on this.
Just thought it's weird that they chose to have the charging handle being on the right side.
Well then.
You can check the wikipedia of the gun for more info.
