adds some manned turrets and reinforced walls, for now


Recommended mods for more stuff:
> Kit's Gunpowder Weapons (quite neat muskets and cannons, compact)
> Fortifications: Neolithic (palisades, mainly)

When I use the 105mm howitzer with airburst shells, nothing happens on impact.

Can you please add

to "Combat Extended" dependency in About.xml?
It's not critical, just would remove unneeded warning in console log.
