War Of the Reptile God An Eiru Adventure

Description
DESCRIPTION
I have renamed my campaigns so that they do not fall foul of certain restrictions.

Campaigns in this world design by me are:
Depths of Darkness: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2860765207
Against the Cult: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2831306594
War of the Reptile God: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2843470122

And other items:
Free Locations - Interiors: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2914347369

It is a year since your defeat of Explicita Defilus and the cult of the Reptile God. You are Lords and Ladies of your own castle and have spent the last months hunting down the remaining cult members and preparing for a potential further incursion. Recently attacks by the reptiles have been increasing and there has been talk to a further invasion. War is coming and you must prepare for a final invasion!

My followup to my first campaign: Against the Cult. That has been very well received and so I wanted to return one final time. That campaign ended at level 11 and I felt it would be good to have a final chapter to finish things off. Revisit some of the locations and people of Eiru in this campaign. You do not need to have played the original Against the Cult to play this campaign. If you have exported your characters from a final save of that campaign you can import them in to the start of this.

This campaign is set in my own setting or Eiru. Eiru is basically fantasy Ireland
The game should take you about 10-15 hours based on my playthroughs. It has been extensively tested and updated but I am sure there are tweaks I can make
Starts at level 11 and ends at level 12.

- Total of 26 maps
- Unique quests for each of the 9 classes will lead to some replayability
- Multiple different types of environment
- 25 interactive dialogs with NPCs
- Custom merchants depending on location
- Customised monsters, NPCs, and Journals
- Huge volume of optional lore to interact with
- Balanced encounters tested against all builds
- Recommend a mixed party
- Puzzles and mysteries to solve
- Must own the Lost Valley DLC to play it
- About 10-15 hours of play
- Interactive dialog that updates depending on your actions.
- Backgrounds, races, classes and personality flags also change dialogs options

Role Play heavy and balanced encounters

Version 2.5.7 is the latest version

When you need to update, you should get a notification when loading the save that there has been an update or a version conflict.

1. Click the option "FROM DISK".
2. Do not click "From Save" option.

If this is not visible then check for updates in Steam

Heh.

I was coming back to the keep to rest, and rest was interrupted by assassins. "Help! The town's under attack!"

I thought it was a mid-adventure thing. Alright, I head to the town to save it. "Please go through this portal and close the summoning gate!"

Alright. Good. I hope I can get this done quick 'cause I'm almost out of spells. I beat the cult and close the gate.

The End.

SURPRISE!

I had no idea the end was coming.

Yeah - unfortunately that is it. This was made before some of the newer DLCs. And they did not update some of the class tags so that newer classes do not work. But you can start the war by going to your bedroom and interacting with your desk.

Have talked to mayor - only east entrance active.

Loving your stuff! (hope you're still around)
My party is stuck:
Paladin - Knight of the realm - done.
Ranger (Correct?) - Protector of the realm - done.
Both big fun.
Monk - no quest - understood (I think)
Warlock - << can't find quest >> - (basement?)
Then that'd be it until the final battle - correct?
Looking forward to the Maw.

So the step for "explore further" to resolve is to equip the weapon called light

That opens the way forward and then you can go fight the Lich

Not sure how the way forward opened without that?

In the quest ‘High Priest of the Realm’ Carman was killed/destroyed but the quest didn’t progress. Have explored all of the ‘Brood Lair’ but it’s still suck on ‘Explore Further’ even after going back to the quest giver. What is the solution? Have completed other quests/encounters since then so don’t want to go back to an old save even if I still have one. Was there anything worthwhile given for completing this quest?

@icarium_jag: I had intended it to be the last. But after seeing the launch I may juts have a look at that when it drops!

I hope you mean the last one for Solasta 1? Now that Solasta 2 with the Unreal engine is around the corner, can't wait for your installments on new dungeon maker :D

Thanks so much @Andreoid. Really glad you enjoyed this one. The Gaping Ma is my biggest and most complex campaign. Also the last one I will create. would love to know ho you get on

pbalfe, once again you have knocked it out of the park. This was such a great high level follow up to Against the Cult! Every single time I finish one of your campaigns I need to decompress from how good it was.

I am also learning some subtle tips and tricks for how to improve level and encounter design for my own tabletop D&D games.

I am extremely excited to start the next/last campaign. See you on the other side of the Gaping Maw!!
