Easier Confederations

Description
This mod makes it easier to confederate other legendary lords if you have good relations with them or if you have mutual enemies. This mod also allows Warriors of Chaos to confederate. This mod is unlikely to work with other mods that change how the ai evaluates diplomatic offers.

This mod is not save game compatible.

No and I haven't found any mode that allows it
