Last defenders can confederate Tlaqua, I have checked.Does it not work the other way around?

For example: Tlaqua and Last Defenders cannot confederate.
So I wonder if it is possible that you can create a mode allowing it

I am turn 70 (very hard) as Empire and did pomp about 200k into the hunter party,presents, fighting their enemies etc, still "No can do" confederation !
Was like wtf ?!!!!

I possibly could make minor empire factions harder to confederate diplomatically, other than that there is nothing that can be done.

When playing a base empire faction (Franz or Gelt) the other major faction confederates too easil. This snowball's the imperial authority debuff on to the player so you are stuck with like -7 authority with no recourse. Is there a way for this to be stopped?

I think ai factions do confederate more but it isn't something I have tested.

Although I recall CA saying they are going to allow chaos to confed in the future, so It might not be worth the effort for you, up to you on that 1.

99% sure, either it is an incompatibility or your campaign is bugged. I think the former is much more likely. If you can figure out which mod clashes I might be able to make another mod that fixes the issue depending on what that other mod does exactly.

I have checked with all the Warriors of Chaos I have found (only Valkia left to be found) and the option doesn't show up

Have you confederated anyone else recently, as that prevents further confederations for roughly 8 turns I think? I have done a campaign as Archaon and confederated all other WoC LL so I know it can be done. My advice is play on for a few turns and try to confederate them again.

Kholek and Azazel, I have military alliance with them but the only other option in the diplomatic menu is vassal, not confederate

Done, high elves are now easier to confederate with a baseline evaluation of -30 when relations are friendly, -10 when very friendly and 0 when trusted friends.

Your mod does not appear to work for the high elves. At 175 relations with Tyrion, he has -30 to confederation. Thank you for the work you have done.

Cao Cao Mao Mao mod has been updated so you can confederate Volkmar when playing as Franz, should work for Gelt also, you will probably need to start a new campaign for it to work.
