Fully Furnished Destructible House

Living room, kitchen, bedroom and extremely cramped bathroom with ladder leading to attic. ~2 days work, very fun and I learned a lot x3 Front porch and veranda around the back.
Building is frozen, most furniture is unconstrained.
May require wiremod, I welded everything to an E2 chip that deletes itself upon spawning so it doesn't lag the game with welds, should have zero fps impact because of this but cannot be unfrozen.
