(any weight paints that isn't part of the upper arms, forearms and fingers can cause this problem, it's usually caused by the clavicle's paints and such)
you might wanna double check if this is the case.
removing those bones might resolve the issue since they may interfere with the viewmodels of those said weapon bases. here they are after checking with easy entity inspector:

hopefully that might fix that borked c_arms i've reported a year ago or i dunno
