Crimson Legion Warcaskets

Description
I wanted the legion to have the power of warcaskets but none of the avalible designs felt right, so I made my own. Adds a new warcasket for the legion.

Added new warcasket weapons

the polybolos, a heavy version of the legion autorifle
the catapulta, a multi-use incendiary rocket launcher
