This mod adds the “Remnant Fleet'' as a faction in the game. The Remnant Fleet Isn't a faction meant to be played as they are instead meant to add more variation into the world. Part of my "KJG Factions'' collection.

What's changed ? - [For previous owners to read]

- All ships besides the Scout have been changed or deleted

- Deleted: Assault, Bruiser, Cruiser, Destroyer, Fighter, Gunship, and Medic

- Changed ships:
- Complete Redesigns - Support, Assembler, Constructor, and Titan
- Weapon Replacements/Minor Changes - Skirmisher, Interceptor

- New Ships - Ranger (382P), Frigate (923P), Vanguard (3512P), Bombard (4110P), Constructor (4540P), Immolator (5162P), Arsenal (6296P)

- Remnant Fleet regions are no longer a rare occurrence; from 4 small regions at the edge of the map to 7 larger regions closer to the center of the map

Lore (Updated):

The Remnant Fleet is what remains of an ancient alien race which has since passed long ago. They were once the most powerful empire in the universe, seizing control in several galaxies. After a major viral breakout however they are now just a relic of the past.

What remains of this once powerful empire is their autonomous defense and assault fleets. Back then these ships were considered the most advanced in their time but have since fallen off as new technology developed. Their once durable armor is now frail compared to new hulls of the present. What hasn't fallen off however is their weapons. Their armaments still remain strong today as even for the empire the weapons were considered ahead of their time.

With these autonomous ships, now without any more commands being given to them, have fallen back to their defense mode. Any fleets that remain fiercely guard the areas they inhabit. Fabrication ships also simply fell back to mass producing other ships as a means to defend their territories even further.

The Remnant Fleet is a faction that can spawn just outside the “ring” Bees usually spawn in. Remnant Fleet ships are recommended to be fought at the midpoint of your adventure when you fight Bees. Their ships are numerous and can overwhelm you if not without a fleet. Remnant Fleet ships are commonly fast or of medium speed and have strong weapons. Their ships are usually easier to kill by attacking from the rear.
