Description
Do you want your free high elves big money back? Well here ya go. This should work the same as what entrepreneur trait did in WH2. Oh I also gave it to the entrepreneur lord trait too, which is busted since you can recruit and disband them for tons of free money, but whatever. I figure if your installing this mod that is what you want anyways. Have fun high elf peeps.

Actually, the reason entrepeneur was so busted was because the bonus to tax rate was multiplicative with the increase to building income, so this is still worse than the original.
Still it is good and way better nerf than what CA did.

nope, tax rate is gone, but this mod is modifying building income faction wide, which as far as I can tell has the same effect as modifying tax rate. I believe this should be effectively the same as WH2 in practice.

won't entrpreneur do sweet nothing in WH3 after the removal of tax rate?
