vampire coast economy rework

Description
This mod reworks the vampire coast economy to be more focused on expansion through taking land, instead of spamming coves.

The port % income increase is now more consistent, going from +1/1/4% to +1/2/3% so that minor settlements play a more significant role in increasing faction wide port income.

It should feel more natural, and less like you're wasting money and time on minor settlements, naturally these increases are not related to ports, meaning you can expand better inland.

yeah value adjustment mods are always fucntional, only unit mods are rare unreliable, script mods that completely introduce a new mechanic are even more unreliable

@Godzhand007
I clarified some confusion in the description and images, mod is mainly focused on making minor settlements worthwhile by buffing non-port related buildings

not working
HungryBat  [author] 25 Apr, 2023 @ 12:01pm
its fine
the yellow warning means i havent clicked the button
something can be updated and still not work
just go around collecting unit related mods and you'll notice all the attributes have been replaced with stalk, CA reworked the table system, so now all unit mods need to be fixed

does this mod need an update, or can I just enable it despite the yellow warning in the mod manager?
