Improved Campaign Camera

Description
This mod slightly modifies the campaign camera and here is what is changed :
- The minimum angle of the camera is 45° instead of 35° (I find it much pleasant to have a higher angle in areas with mountains)
- The fog progressively decreases when zooming out
- The camera can move/zoom up to 2 "meters" above ground instead of 4
- The view switches to the tactical/parchment map a bit higher than before. It also helps make sure the last step before the parchment map show up is a top down view of the world at ~89° angle, it's not always the case with the vanilla camera.

This mod doesn't affect the battle camera at all. It should be compatible with any mod that doesn't change the campaign camera settings in the campaign_variables_table db.

Additional random notes about things I tried with the campaign camera but that aren't included in the mod :
- Even though there is a max height entry in the DB, changing it doesn't seem to do anything so it's not possible to zoom out more with this method.
- It's possible to make the parchment map show up much higher or even just disable it, however moving the camera doesn't look good from very high height because of the LOD making things like forests disappear.

If you hate the camera always moving very close to the ground by default when clicking on most notifications, you can also use this mod :

Honestly, this is one of my favourite mods at this point. My (not at all bad) PC has been struggling with viewing certain locations, like Empire's core territory, where staring off in to the distance just shows too much weather/terrain/nameplates/etc at the same time. Lowering the viewing angle has taken a massive burden off of my PC, so nice one.

I've noticed something a bit strange with this (just this). During end turn sequences, the camera tends to tilt at such an angle that causes you to see across the landscape in such a way that means you can see the very very far distances without fog and thus you can see clipping and LOD weirdness in the distance. I will try to take some screenshots of what I mean.

Is this able to change the animation speed of the camera when it zooms it automatically focuses in or out of things? You know how you can't press or do anything during those moments? Thy add up.

does it still work?
does it need to be updated now?

@UPD8, It should be good now...
CA changed something for some reason that makes all mods containing packed files with upper case letters in the name crash at launch.

As far as I can tell, this mod has stopped working for me.

does it increase the speed the camera wildly swings around at? You know how you are locked from doing anything at all while the camera zooms out and focuses on something else and you want to kill yourself because you are right clicking but nothing happens cause you have to wait for the FUCKING camera to finish moving before you can do anything, bc the camera is so important?

I dont use any mods and my campaign camera angle/tilt looks similar to the the pictures above which show moddified version. I would prefer to have it like vanilla - with a bit less angle so more landscape is visible in the background. Any ideas how to change it?

I always thought that raising the camera angle was a strange behavior. First of all, it doesn't make the game smoother, and you will miss the beautiful chessboard scenery of the campaign map.
