Improved Fertility and Mortality Revisited

Description
This is a revisited reupload of the mod Improved Fertility and Mortality made by monkbel. All credit goes to this magnificent mod. I am just merely changing numbers around.

List of changes from the original mod:

1. Female Childbearing age was made default to 16 again as it messed with the education AI
2. Age expectation is lower; in base game, it's ~65, in this mod it's ~60.
3. Decreased the chance of death in childbirth. It’s a fine line between every woman dropping dead and the values staying like default so this might take some tweaking
4. Nerfed Whole of Body to its default values
5. Further increased the effect of sterile & fecund traits.
6. Lowered the health penalty from wounded traits – my personal preference as I like to play with mods like Better Battles which get your characters wounded quite regularly. In turn getting an infected wound is even deadlier.
7. Maximum female fertility age lowered to 42
8. Disfigured adds +10 base dread
9. Made leper more deadly
10. Skilled physicians get a small health boost
11. Character will start losing health at age 27 instead of the game's default 25. This should prevent characters from dropping dead suddenly at 25 and give most characters some higher life expectancy. Subject to changing
13. Characters (especially children) are more likely to get the Pneunomic trait. This idea is borrowed from the Higher Mortality Mod to represent characters dying of fevers and other diseases that are not present in the basegame.

Please keep in mind: This mod drastically changes health values of characters making your gaming experience akin to Ck2 where your perfectly healthy heir could drop dead at age 30. Characters might die earlier than expected and due to higher fertility values your game might slow down.

As described in the original mod, Achievement incompatible of course but savegame compatible. Fertility and health values will reset or applied with newly generated characters.

Feedback and hints from actual modders is always appreciated.

Hey, is this compatible with the new lance patch?

@Sonny Crocket PDX tweaked the childbirth death value during the Bastion patch methinks. As I said it's a small thread between every woman dropping dead and none, I changed some values around to be more akin to the base game and will update soon enough!

Update please?

I like the mod thank you! I think perhaps women dying in childbirth is a bit too high. I have a tenet for healthier births in my game, and still all the women are dropping dead from giving birth. Like literally none will live till 40 because they die first. Maybe the rate of dying from t should be about half what it is now?
