Description
You may only import female colonists (exception: tourists).
Male tourists "provide" children (Snu-snu, mod options for female/male colonist sizes).
Non-female children are culled at birth (lower birth rate, biorobots are people too).
and just in case a daily cull of any non-tourist non-female colonists on Mars (mini-soylent green).

If the Planet Express Colony Logo mod is installed than any rockets with a male tourist use that logo.

Births are based on how many male/female pairs are in a dome (homelessness is used to limit population).

So, how do you guys go about this? Normally, I have sort of 'breeding' domes because overpopulation eventually becomes a problem. If I do tourism I have domes specialized in that and not have too many mixed domes. Do you just try to have a couple of tourists in every dome? Do colonists and tourists even have to live next to each other in order for snu-snu to occur?

Now we are getting into Vault-Tec levels of fun! I like the two Vaults with inverted rations... 1 woman, 999 men and the flip side 1 man, 999 women.
