Description
CDC Rapid Response

CDC RAPID RESPONSE 2 - FOR B42 - RELEASED NOW! GET IT HERE!

NOTE:
This mod uses a dynamic loot system to allow for customizability of loot drops. For faster performance, override this by using a CDC Rapid Response Settings mod from the workshop!

Overview

The CDC has organized an emergency response to what they call the KX93185 virus. Medications and antidotes have been made available, and the county has been flooded with supplies to combat this plague. This effort seemed hopeful as the National Guard delivered what was needed by land and air. But as time passed, it became clear that it was too late. The remnants of this effort are all that remains.

- Lower-grade medications and antidotes can have severe side effects that may be detrimental to players—use wisely.
- Higher-grade medications and antidotes have less severe or no side effects.
- Most items that treat KX93185 will harm the player if KX93185 is not present in the player’s system.
- Viral test kits can cure fake infections—or cause them if the test is inconclusive (sandbox option).
- Most items spawn on zombie corpse inventory, while CDC Packs spawn in the world. Sandbox options are included to manage spawn rates of mod items.

@Dejaboo I know this has been awhile but there is a bug where sandbox settings will not update in this version. You can add one of the loot settings mods from my workshop page to better control these. You may also consider CDCRR Community Edition for your multiplayer games. It is out and in final testing now.

Gotta say I have basically been subscribed to your mod since I discovered it. It is vital to my playthroughs, pretty much - even now testing 42, I am playing with virus mortality off while waiting for your mod. Obligatory can't wait for 42, but really take your time with the redev. It is clear how much effort you put into the previous version.
